What is the lead time when placing an order?

An order can be placed up to 72 hours before the delivery date. We recommend you place your order as soon as you know you will need linen to guarantee the availability of items we have in stock.

Is there a minimum fee to place an order?

Yes. The minimum fee to place an order is $50. Additional charges may apply to orders under the minimum requirement.

Is there a difference in price when selecting a color?

Colors within a particular style have the same price. Each style has its own price. For a complete list of pricing, please call the office and our representatives will assist you with the information.

What does the chair cover package include?

Chair cover packages include a free chair tie in classic solid, lamour, or shantung. For further information on chair cover package pricing, please call our office and we will assist you.

Is there a restocking fee for unused linen?

No; we do not offer any credit for unused linen. Once the order is out on the truck for delivery, the full terms of the rental apply.

Can I cancel my order anytime?

You can cancel your order before 10 a.m. two business days prior to delivery. Cancellations will only be accepted during business hours by calling our Customer Service Department. You will receive a written confirmation of cancellation via email or fax. Cancellations after the deadline are subject to the full terms of the rental agreement. No credit will be issued.

Does a quote guarantee my linen order?

No; only a Rental Confirmation will hold linen for your event. Quotes do not guarantee or hold linen for an event.
